Main function and characteristics
1. The packaging capacity up to 120bags/min(depend on different products and different packing requirement).
2. The system can finish separating tray automatically and loading material in tray accurately. In the whole packaging process no one touch the product to reduce the secondary pollution to meet food hygiene requirement.
3. High sensitive and high precise SICK electric eye automatic track the product’s position and track the system automatic counting the product.
4. It realize intelligently control the whole machine through touch screen and embedded PLC real-time interactive operation.
5. Optional: the customer can choose to packing with tray or packing in bag directly.
