The Main Perspective of The Carton Sealer:

Carton sealer main components: height adjustment mechanism, pressing and adjustment mechanism, box conveying mechanism, width adjustment mechanism, frame, hot melt adhesive system, etc.

Carton sealer working principle: After the product is packed in the box, it is sent to the carton sealing machine through a conveyor chain (belt, roller) and delivered to the carton conveying mechanism. The carton belt is clamped on both sides of the carton and moves forward. The front short tongue is automatically bent by the tongue depressor, and when the carton enters the sealing machine roller, the back short tongue has a detection signal (photoelectric signal) to notify the tongue punching cylinder to move, and the tongue puncher will bend it, and at the same time there is a signal to notify the melting The glue machine automatically sprays glue. The carton continues to move forward, and the left and right long tongues are automatically bent to the middle through the guide rod.
