Machine protection and maintenance:
In order to ensure the normal operation of the machine and increase the service life of the machine, the machine should be maintained regularly.
（1）Cleaning: Keep the machine clean at any time. Dry cloth strips and detergent can be used to clean the machine, especially the guide rods must not have dust and dirt, so as to avoid aggravated wear. Do not use solvents such as thinner and gasoline, etc. Clean it to avoid damaging the surface of the machine. Do not clean the machine directly with water to avoid rust.
(2) Inspection: Regularly check whether the machine screws are loose, and tighten them if they are.(3) Lubrication:
Cylinder lubrication: Check whether the amount of oil in the oil cup of the air source treatment element is enough every shift, if it is not enough, please replenish it in time. When the machine is working, it is advisable to drop a small drop of oil in the oil window every time the box is sealed, and not too much to avoid oil stains. It is recommended that the lubricating oil is a special lubricating oil (ISO VG32 or equivalent oil), and other substitute oils cannot be added to prevent the air pressure circuit from blocking and malfunctioning. (In addition: Check whether there is too much water in the water filter cup of the air source treatment element every shift, and the water in the water filter cup should be discharged in time.) Lubrication of the guide rod and column group: Use a brush to brush the guide rails once a week. Engine oil, and start the machine to seal the box several times, so that the oil is evenly distributed on the surface of the guide rail.
Note:
(1) Before maintenance and adjustment, turn off the power and air supply of the machine.
(2) The cutting blade should be cleaned before each shift.
(3) After the machine has been used for a period of time, the belt should be adjusted appropriately so that it will not slip or damage the guide bar.
