If the trouble still shows, then we can hold an online video meeting to guide the customers on how to solve the problem.

A3: Before providing the solution for you, our sales representative will ask for the necessary information from the customers, and then the engineer will design the solution drawing according to this information. After we provided the solution drawing to the customers, if they have any queries or anything that needs to change, then we will revise the drawing accordingly, and make it fit the customers’ requirements.

To ensure the performance of the equipment, the customers should send the product sample to us to test, during the examination, if any problem we can solve accordingly.
