Main Function And Characteristics
1. The split-channel material distribution system adopts central integrated control technology, which can automatically adjust distribution according to material’s feeding speed and quantity.
2. The system is composed of material guide unit, lane dividing unit, material receiving unit, material sorting unit, and total control unit.
3. This machine is easy and convenient to operate, stable operation, high precisely control and low consumption due to it adopts multi-stage frequency conversion to adjust speed, and servo driver control.
4. It can automatically eliminate without stopping the machine when in the case of the material congestion, stacking or unsuccessful steering to ensure the continuity and stability of the production packaging.
5. The machine adopts humanized design as per the material’s feature, shape and size to avoid squeeze the material to maintain the material’s original appearance.
