Appearance of the whole machine.
CAM structure with 8 working stations, each station loading 7pcs material.
The pusher, push the product to the transmission conveyor.

Main function characteristics of food packing machine:
Biscuit packaging machinery is an exclusive category of food packaging in packaging machine. In terms of performance, it is divided into semi-automatic biscuit packaging machine and fully automatic biscuit packaging machine, and in terms of packaging form, it is divided into ordinary biscuit packaging machine and fully automatic non-tray packaging machine.
The case of this loading tray packaging machine is one of the non-standard project that we custom made for the customers.
Feature:
The design concept of this machine is that the main machine adopt cam mechanical structure design to improve the loading tray speed and accuracy. It good to control the stability of loading tray and increase of the buffer amount because of multi-station structure is adopted for loading the tray. The machine system adopts intelligence control automatically acceleration and deceleration or start and stop to feed the material technology. Normally, it’s loading tray and packaging speed is 40-80boxes/min (all depend on tray’s quantity and form).
Maintenance:
The machine adopts cantilever frame design, which it’s easy to install, dismantle, maintain and easy to clean. It’s better to clean the waste residue on the machine every day after work, that’s good for ensure the food’s hygiene.
