MAIN FUNCTION AND CHARATERISTCIS OF MATRIX LOADING TRAY MACHINE:

The original design concept of this equipment is providing a packaging solution to solve multiple chocolate balls packing with tray according to customer requirements, aimed to improve work efficiency, reduce manual loading into tray, and realize automatic tray packaging. After a series of technical adjustment and examination of the equipment, its performance has been very stable. It fits for various round products multi-row and matrix packaging with tray.

Machine Feature:

The main machine adopts servo control loading tray, which is vertical loading into tray to improve the loading speed and accuracy. In order to control the stability of loading tray and the increase of buffer amount more efficiency, the multi-electric eye were adopted to detect loading tray. The system adopts intelligent control the main line automatically acceleration and deceleration or start and stop feed material technology.

Machine Material:

The whole machine adopts stainless steel material which is good for avoiding the rust of the equipment. The sucker of the separating tray machine is good quality silicon sucker.

APPLICATION: suitable for ball shape product's packing, like chocolate ball, Tang-yuan etc.

Payment
1.L/C, T/T and Western Union are accepted.
2.40% deposit should be paid against sign the contract, and 60% balance should be paid before shipment.
3. All banking charges outside China are on buyers.

Q2: Where is your factory location? How can I visit there?

A2: Our factory is located in Foshan city, Guangdong Province, China. You could visit us by air to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, and then we will pick you up to our factory.

Q3: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

We support the third party assigned by the customer or the representative of the customer to inspect machine in our factory before shipment. 

Q4: What's the guarantee if we purchase from you?

A4: All the equipment ordered from us will provide one year guarantee from the delivery date. If there is any wearing part be broken within the warranty and isn't caused by improperly operation then we would offer them new parts for free.

Q5: How about the after sales service?

A5: There's no problem we could send our engineer to install or fix the machine locally in due course but customer need to pay the round air tickets cost and arrange the hotel accommodation for our engineer.
