Machine Features
1. Automatic Feeding and Sorting System
(1) The food grade PU conveyor belt and high degree sterilization ensure safe feeding. Options: blue belt, white belt, anti-sticking belt.
(2) When the conveyor belt is blocked, materials can be automatically removed to prevent shutdown failures.
(3) You can add a robotic arm to achieve high-precision, high-speed, stable and safe biscuit sorting. At the same time, you can change the robot arm clamp to adapt to products of different materials, shapes and sizes.
2. Automatic Counting System
Using highly precise SICK electric eye tracking system. The material position can be accurately controlled with remarkable sensitivity.
3. Automatic Packaging System
The pallet can be opened automatically through a mechanical program. The product can be loaded into the pallet automatically. Packaging speed can be adjusted based on specific product and packaging requirements.
4. Custom Options
