A German and a British company launched the electronic rotary PET filling machine. It is a stand-alone system that combines rotating bottle washing, filling and capping with a 'bottleneck' delivery system that transforms between bottle and package in less than a minute. The filling machine reduces production costs and is equipped with a patented electro-pneumatic quantitative filling system and electronic flow metering device for precise, continuous filling, reducing waste and avoiding the potential burden of overpacking. The system is suitable for non-aerated drinks, carbonated drinks, including fruit drinks, products, filling temperature of 5 ~ 70 ℃, the hourly speed can reach 44000 bottles.
