Fully Automatic Sorting Packaging Line: connect with the front-end of production line or the food come from the oven and back-end packaging machine, which is an essential link in the process of food packaging, through by playing the role of connecting the two ends, so as to achieve the product from front-end to back-end packaging of the fully automated process.
Working Principle: According to the layout of the customer workshop and the product from the front line of the output status to customize the appropriate conveyor, and the conveyor under the control of the speed control motor, orderly finishing and delivery of the product to the three-stage sorting line, and then by the reverse conveyor to push it accurately into the tray and delivered to the front of the automated packaging machine, thus completing the entire automated packaging process. The entire process is tracked throughout by SICK electric eyes and controlled by servo motor drives. In this process, it could be add the deoxidizer casting machine according to the needs of the customer, automatically put deoxidizer and complete the packaging.
Application: bread, biscuits, pastries, caramel treats, moon cake, waffles, Swiss rolls, cakes and so on.
Characteristics And Feature:
1. Material sorting packaging capacity: 80-200 packs / minute (depending on product and packaging materials).

The system can automatically complete the automatic separation of the tray, and automatically loading the moon cakes, cakes (etc.) into the tray, besides, it also can throw the deoxidizer, sorting automatically and packaging. That will reduce secondary pollution, and meet food hygiene requirements.
3. High-precision, high-sensitivity SICK electric eye tracking system with precise material position control.
4. The system interacts with the embedded PLC in real time through the touch screen to achieve intelligent control of the whole machine. Configure the product menu function, which make the product adjustment convenient and fast.
5. The system uses multi-stage variable frequency speed control, servo drive control. Simple operation, convenient, stable operation, reliable, high control accuracy, low energy consumption.
6. The whole machine is designed with cantilever frame, installation, removal, maintenance, cleaning is simple and fast.
