Founded in 2012, Foshan TEFUDE Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. is a professional supplier integrating R&D and manufacturing of industrial robots, development of automatic control systems, as well as design and integration of full production line solutions. At the exhibition, our featured automatic robotic tray loading, case packing and palletizing line is an all-in-one solution customized for end-of-line packaging demands of bakery products such as bread, cakes, biscuits and pastries. It integrates three core functions: robotic case packing, automatic carton sealing and robotic palletizing, realizing fully unmanned operation covering tray feeding, case packing, carton sealing and palletizing.
1. Robotic Case Packing Unit
Equipped with Delta parallel robots / 4-axis articulated manipulators, adopting world-renowned PLC and servo control system, together with intelligent vision positioning system and flexible grippers / vacuum suckers. It can efficiently complete grabbing, sorting, tray loading and case packing of various bakery products including finger biscuits, bread sticks, mooncakes, etc.
2. Automatic Carton Sealing Unit
Packed cartons are automatically conveyed to the sealing station. The automatic top-flap carton sealer can finish carton folding and adhesive tape sealing automatically, with hot melt glue sealing optional. Its sealing speed reaches 6-10 cartons per minute, perfectly matching the whole production line rhythm.
3. Robotic Palletizing Unit
Adopting 4-axis / 6-axis palletizing robots with optional load capacity from 10kg to 50kg. It neatly stacks sealed cartons onto pallets in preset layouts, then transports finished pallets to warehouse areas automatically to achieve unmanned palletizing work.
