Introduction: It is well known that in the bakery industry, bread, breadsticks, toast, rusk, and buns seem to be more popular with consumers in Europe and the United States. And breadsticks have been developing for more than a century and are still popular today. As people's requirements for food packaging forms become more and more diverse, this puts forward higher and higher requirements for automated packaging machinery, in order to make it more in line with people's food packaging procedures of high efficiency, high standards, and diversified packaging requirements. Our company designed this set of automated counting machine according to the customer’s requirement.
It only took around 40 days to finish this project from customer inquiry to discuss details, provide the initial draft drawing to the customer, then revise the program according to the customer’s requirements, and finial determination of the scheme, assemble of the equipment, commissioning and finalization delivery. It not only strictly require on our engineers have the ability and experience of drawing the scheme diagram and rapid adjust as per the customer’s opinion, but also request our electrical engineers have strong ability and rich experience of commissioning the equipment. The successful of this project, fully demonstrated our ability to customize non-standard packaging solutions, and win the trust of the customers in the food packaging field.

The workers manually put the bread sticks on the mesh conveyor of this equipment, then automatically transfer the material to the climbing belt, with the tracking of SICK electric eye to automatically counting the material, and then loading the products into the bag to finish packaging.
Climbing belt
The function of SICK electric eye on the climbing belt is sending the signal to the system to stop transfer the material to avoid material’s congestion, under the situation of the material fill with this belt.
The belt in front of the equipment is hollowed out in order to eliminate defective products.
The material is counted and dropped by the SICK electric eye in front of the drop funnel.
Product Information: This product could be personalized customized according to the customer plant’s production capacity and specific product to meet different customer’s different requirements.
